THE PROJECT: UPDATING A CLASSIC PRE-WAR APARTMENT
In this project, TNB was tasked with modernizing an older apartment to open up the floor plan and improve its energy-efficiency while maintaining its pre-war charm.
DESIGNING A SOLUTION
We selectively opened up and moved walls to bring more natural light into the apartment, while also designing a modern kitchen and bathroom. New paint and flooring were applied throughout the unit. TNB created a major change in the look and feel with a minimal change in layout and therefore waste.
THE RESULT
The pre-war apartment was transformed into a modern classic with an updated kitchen and bathroom, abundant natural light, and an open feel.
