THE PROJECT: GUT RENOVATION AND EXPANSION OF MARINE PARK HOME
This client was looking to completely overhaul their small-ish Marine Park single-family. A gut renovation along with the expansion of several areas to add more living space was in order. Using sustainable materials like reclaimed wood and high-efficiency water fixtures throughout we created green solutions.
DESIGNING A SOLUTION
TNB managed the layout, construction milestones, and coordination of critical elements. We handled several site challenges and changes during construction to keep the project on target.
THE RESULT
TNB delivered a fully renovated home with an opened up, expanded floor plan. The new design included an eat-in kitchen, a recreation room in the basement, a new attic space, and three extra bedrooms and bathrooms for the client’s children and visiting family.
